Men In Black boob

It's not that we don't get the whole "shock" promotional value. Or that actress Micaela Schaefer is in on  it. It's that SOMEone assumed that we weren't gonna see the irony of a fake dress laying atop breasts that are SO fake that they look like someone actually pushed one of them cocoanut bras up under her skin. Can you really call it side boob? Maybe side silicone? Side satchel?

Anyway...go see Men In Black 3: It'll have some great special effects as well.
